Free-Range Chickens

Free-range chickens are raised in an environment where they can roam outdoors, which allows them to exhibit natural behaviors like foraging and exploring. This method of farming often results in happier, healthier chickens and can lead to better-tasting eggs and meat.

Meat Chickens

Cornish Cross

High Yield Broad Breasted Cornish Cross breed that makes great fryers (broilers) and roasters because of the weights that can be achieved, 4 to 6 lbs over 6 to 8 weeks

Rudd Ranger

A versatile bird that can be raised in a more confined area or in a free-range environment, the Rudd Ranger is a slow finisher but worth the wait, at 8-11 lbs in 12-14 weeks.

Kosher King

Robust, active, and with arguably some of the most delicious and flavorful meat, the Kosher King are champions among the meat-producing birds with several benefits over standard broilers, at 4-7 lbs in 10 to 12 weeks

White Ranger

More hearty than its ancestor the Cornish Cross and a faster-growing meat bird, the White Ranger is ready for processing in 7 to 8 weeks at roughly 6 to 8 lbs

Egg Laying Chickens

Call or stop by for current pricing and quantities (Minimum purchase of 10 chicks)

Olive Egger

In terms of egg production, Olive Eggers are good layers and can produce around 150-200 eggs per year. This can vary depending on factors such as their diet and environment.

Easter Egger

Easter Eggers are notoriously excellent egg layers, and lay at least four eggs a week most of the time. A common misconception of Easter Eggers is that they will lay a multitude of different colored eggs. Whichever color the first egg that your Easter Egger lays is will be the only color they lay.

Rhode Island Red

Hardy birds for all seasons, the Rhode Island Red can lay up to 300 large brown eggs a year. It's easy to see why this breed of chicken is bred to make hybrids of other excellent birds.

Barred Rock

The Barred Rock is easy to care for, provides plenty of eggs, and will thrive in mixed flocks whether confined to a run or allowed to free range. Rocks brood only occasionally, keeping egg production up while still allowing appeal for enthusiasts interested in hatching chicks.
